You will be a good fit if you have already proven that you show exceptional commitment to your projects and have a passion for the mobility and logistics industry - or are willing to develop it.
We are looking for university graduates or students of all disciplines with convincing academic achievements, experienced consultants from other management consulting firms and young professionals from the mobility and logistics industry.
In addition to strong analytical skills, you should have a high level of initiative combined with the desire to take on responsibility, as well as a sound command of both English and German for communication in an international environment. You should also be keen to become part of a familial team, which you will complement and enhance with your exceptional personality.

Application process
Before embarking on a structured application process, it is worthwhile to have a good idea of everyday working life at OakTree and to gain an impression of your future team colleagues. Since such a picture can only be conveyed online to a very limited extent, we are happy to offer you an informal preliminary interview with one of our team members.
Answering the questions you may have will be the main focus of this meeting. A short email to recruiting@oaktree-partners.com is sufficient to make an appointment. We will get back to you almost instantly.

In a telephone interview, we will get to know you better. You have the opportunity to learn more about OakTree.
Before the interview, we will evaluate your analytical skills in an online-test.
Interviews
In two personal interviews with project managers and partners, you will have the opportunity to assess if Oaktree is a good fit for you. Likewise, we would like to evaluate if you bring the required skill to be successful as a consultant. Moreover, we are happy to answer all remaining questions you might have.
